wms bb2 (PS COMM LOST)

looking for help please as I am new to the site and novice with slots.
thanks for your help in advance!

I recently purchased a bb2 with lord of the rings already installed on it ,works great.
now I wanted to change software to star trek ,I ram cleared it and installed new software like I have done several times on my bb1.
I get game to come on both screens but in the big blue box it says (PS COMM LOST )and that's as far as I got.
any ideas on what I need to do?

Sounds like Rick has solved your problem below.

Also some versions of Star Trek do not support OLED button panels, this is good to keep in mind.

That error has to do with the backend WMS server that would save your progress on that type of game (LOTR and LOTR two towers are other games that used this feature).  You should be able to clear the error by turning the jackpot reset key.
