I have two tabasco and one Lobster Mania reel touch. The games function fine until you get in the bonus round and thats when they freeze up and you can here music and see bonus screen but they dont respond to touch screen. I have reset and loaded dics. I have changed out batteries in upper box, changed out power supply upper box, and on main board, clear chipped, reset, They play fine until bonus round is activated.

These are my customers, I sold these to them about a year ago working fine, main batteries went dead and now the problem lies. I have repaired reel touch machines over the years just never had this problem. I wonder if it is the board behind in the box behind the toch screen.

Will the screen calibrate in the set up menus?

Simple fix ........but not really. Your SB & SG chips are not a match for the hard drive files.

I over looked the sb or sg chips not matching. I have several dics from igt for reel touch machines, I will have to try matching up proper disc and chips and see if that works. what I found odd also was upon start up I would have to calibrate touch screen it would not load that into memory. I do have a chart with some of the chip codes but if I dont happen to have these on my list any suggestion on how to match them up? Thanks I appreciate the info.

List the SG chips you have and we can try to help match them up. What bios are you using?
