Title: CEI Poker w/ Inverted Colors on display

Wondering if anyone has come across one of these where the colors of the video was like a 'negative' or inverted (see attached photo).
The machine originally didn't even turn on - after replacing some bad sockets (got rid of the '?' error) and fixing a broken trace - and erasing the SRAM, the game plays great but the video is wrong.
I've got no manual or any other information on this machine, so any pointers will help!
FYI: I've done all the other typical stuff like re-seating, replace bad caps, etc...
[MODERATOR’S NOTE: encountered similar issue in machine purchased from a guy who had “repaired†his video cable. The R, G, and B (Red, Greeen, Blue) wires were switched about. May not be the solution here, but it’s the first thing to check]
