Title: Reel Touch Stuck!

I have a friend that has a Tabasco reel touch machine. The machine was working fine till it was turned off for a few days and now it loads to initializing please wait and it just stays there. He has tried restarting it a number of times but it won't load.
He's about 45 min. from me so I'm trying to help him over the phone.
Any ideas?

Simple things first try reseating the connections going to the top box.
By the information and screen shot the problem is not the HD but appears to be with the communication between the MPU and the top box. Also reseat the MPU.

Check the cmos battery in the top box cpu while you're at it and the cmos battery on the lower MPU also

I have had this problem on a few reel touch machines before. As in the other replies battery and connections is a must to look at. I have had to reinstall the the info using the three igt cds to load the top half of the game. There is a order to load cds. 1st-RFA disc, 2nd-ATA disc, 3rd-BMG disc. after this is loaded game will reboot.   NOTE: In some cases it takes time for the discs to reload.    Good Luck!

He's going to check the battery's and connections tonight.
Any suggestions on where to get the Cd's?
