Have a reel touch Lobstermania and would like to buy everything So i can convert latter down the road to Tabasco. I know I need the glass, chips,and preloaded hd. Can some please let me know the specific chips and exactly what the preloaded hard drive means and anything else. I am really not familiar with the real touch machine setup at all.

Many different combinations but we can get you going.
Need to know some key things.
1) What MPU do you have 500 series or 1270 enhanced. I find Tabasco works best with 500 series due to some sound issues during play. (This is NOT the s2000 hum issue)
2) what bios does the top box have in it. Bios one will show a red white and blue finger when it first boots up. Bios 2 will show the energy star logo when it first boots.
3) What is the maximum credits that can be played to match the glass and button deck that you will be using. You might want to get the glass first.
You should probably get the chips and top box hardrive from the same source and make sure they test them all together before they send it. Reel Touch are very picky about what will work together.

Q is right. If the Hard Drive and the chips are not a perfect match, the machine MAY play but will lock up when it hits a bonus.
