S-2000 not powering up

Recently purchased as S-2000. Powered up and ran fine when I did a demo but now after getting it home it's not working. Service light turns on and a faint click comes from the power supply every few seconds but nothing else lights up. Unplugged all connections and redid them, including shifting over the power supply and reseating. Also tried unplugging the ballasts. Didn't see anything noticeable on the power supply. Any thoughts on what I should try checking next?

It sounds like something got rattled loose in transport.  Did you check the power supply behind the reels and make sure it didn't come loose?  Sometimes people think the power distribution box that the AC line cord is plugged into is the power supply, but it isn't, the one behind the reels supplies the +13VDC and +25VDC voltages needed to run the machine.  If you already did that then check the power supply output voltages at the motherboard.

It really does seem like something had to become loose during transport but so far no luck tracking it down. We did remove the reels to access the power supply and reseat it. Tonight I'll check voltage at the motherboard and see what that says. Thanks!

Verified all connections again with no luck. Tossed in a new power supply and that did the trick.
