m slot need help finding parts

any help finding the reel parts not sure what they are called but i think it is the part that lets the reel spin

Hi Brian, we will need a tad more info on your machine. We know its an M, but there's really no one part that lets the reels spin. The reels each have motors on them that are powered each spin.


What issues are you having. We have a handful of members that are familiar with your model.

i think it is the solenoids that mounts to the arm or the ribbon the number 2 real sets at start up but will not release.thanks for your help

I bet it is a bad ribbon cable.  Very common issue with them.  You can solder wires to bypass the bad section of ribbon.
