Title: question about Ceronix CPA4096L
Post by: wizeone on September 12, 2017, 07:48:05 AM
from reading the description on the page at https://na.suzohapp.com/products/monitors/49-2720-00 (https://na.suzohapp.com/products/monitors/49-2720-00) , it says a modification is needed to the A/D board to be full brightness when used on a 044 setup.  has anyone done this or know what the mod is that needs to be done?

thanks

edit:
10-9  installed without making any mod's to the a/d. night bright and clear from the get go

usually the jumper change is needed when using a 19 pin monitor going from 039 to 044 .. the link above is to a 25 pin and they are usually plug and play for 044

there is info on this site about the jumper if you need more info about it

could you be interested in a used LCD?

we already ordered a couple from casiotech(from their clearance section) for 200.00.  they said they were out of the one we ordered and offered the cpa4096l instead, when looking for info on that one is when i came across that note about a modification was needed to be at full brightness.

i remember doing the jumper switch on a couple when i worked for another company that had a parts/repair dept.  now working for a small company its all on me to find and get stuff working again.
