You're going to need to install a coin comparitor bypass plug for the software that doesn't have the option of disabling it.

WMS Williams Video / Re: Going from CPU-NTX2 in BB2 to a CPU-NTX
« Last post by Ash100 on Today at 12:32:41 PM »
Here's an update on my progress thus far, which isn't much, really.

I have the CPU installed and a VGA Cable going from the Video Out on the CPU to the Lower LCD.

I ran a VGA Cable from the TSE TSE Box to the upper LCD.

I plugged in the USB for my Printer and the TITO, and left out the Emotive Controller USB (there's only 2 Ports on the CPU).

I inserted a RAM Clear CF and get basically nothing on the lower LCD other than the No Signal Input floating across the screen. I've got all Red LEDs inside of the CPU,  not sure if that's good or bad.

The upper LCD displays the Data from the TSE. But is giving me a Battery Low Error. I changed the Battery in the TSE, but it did not solve that problem. Is that the Battery that it's referring to? And what should the VDC be? 3VDC or 3.3VDC? It had a CR2032 in it, so that's what I replaced it with, but if it's looking for a higher voltage, then I'll need a different battery.

As far as the No Signal on the lower LCD, I thought maybe I had to switch from DVI to VGA in the settings menu, but cannot access it for some reason.

So, any additional inputs are welcome.  I'd really like to give this a go.

I attached a few photos,  take a look and tell me if something is out of place or my thinking is incorrect.

Thanks, Curtis ash100

First - please do NOT use offsite image hosting. The photos will disappear over time. Please use the NLG attachment bar.

It's a software issue. Most of the members here are from the USA but we do have a couple of Canadian members. I'll reach out to them and hopefully they're reply here.
Thank you! I'd love to get bills working as I can only put two quarters at a time to pull and cannot "load up" tokens.

Thank you for the information.   The battery on the backplane had 0.5V on it.  I have replaced it and now need to look to get a clear card.
Which OS card is in machine?  That will tell which clear card you need.

Bally Alpha Reel Games / S9000 Issues
« Last post by 3AsAmusement on Today at 11:00:31 AM »
Hi all,

I've been a member for a bit, and I've usually been able to find answers to my questions by reading through the forums.

I'm working on my first Bally, it's an S9000 Stepper Elite. I've changed out both power supplies changed one of the batteries (I wasn't aware there are multiple until I began reading through multiple posts).

Everything begins to boot, and I eventually get to a dark screen that is blue and the message displayed is faded, and then goes black with a gray box, and another message appears.

I've gathered that I need to clear it, but having a hard time finding what I need and unsure what will work and what will not.

I've attached pictures of the OS card, game card, and photos of the messages that display. If any other photos are needed, let me know.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
