Game King Start Up

I am working on a Game King with a 3902 board and the game just keeps cycling at the "initializing the game please wait". It won't go past that. Any ideas? Thanks.

I had that problem once and it turned out to be a loose connection on the Motherboard.
Do you have another one to exchange some parts?

Ok. After checking everything I tracked it down to a weak power supply. Now I'm getting a security level message that wont let me into the keychip menu?
