I just purchased a s plus intermediate game. It is a 5 line double diamond the jackpots are 400 400 400 400 and 1000. Here are the chips installed ss4456 and sp269. Any info on the chips and percentages.

BIOS chip maybe bad?  I'm assuming the mpu does not have a discrete video card.

NVRAM you need to replace button cell battery inside the mpu.  As far as the monitor is concerned, do you get a "no signal" message or while booting if you use a bright flashlight can you see text on the monitor faintly?  These monitors usually need the A/D board re-capped/replaced or the inverter needs to be replaced.  The CFL backlights are usually the last spot to troubleshoot.

Moved to Reel Touch
That would indicate that the top box appears to be working correctly.
What does the VFD say.
Problem may be in the lower mpu.
