A lurker on the site was having a persistent code 11 issue in a universal ultra. You can see the failed capacitor on the power supply board in the attachment. It is 4.7uf 50v 105 degree cap. It sits very close to a coil so I suspect it overheated and we will start to see more failing.

For those who don't know, code 11 is low voltage seen by the mpu board. Usually a power supply issue, might also be the mpu itself or foreign object shorting out the board or backplane (screws and coins come to mind)
