You mean a 5 cent clear chip and a 5c glass decal?  I think the one you have pictured is for a wms55x/36x cabinet.  I don't think it's the same as the one used on the 400 series slots.  I could be wrong on that.

yes I know that. Your original post showed a photo of one thing but your post's title & text said another so it wasn't clear what machine you were talking about. That's why I gave the 2 different clear chip choices. If jjslots owes you a chip you should contact them and work it out. They may want the bad one sent back, a lot of software/firmware places are like that to cut down on getting ripped (not that you'd do that, just saying it isn't an out of the ordinary policy).
