BALLY 5500 PRO 5.00 IN WIN-PAID?

 I have Bally S5500 with a MPU Board 5556-201(this board is complete SafeRam cleans).this is what happing a 5.00 appear in win-paid. Clearing the ram again nothing happing, any one know how to repair this problem .I have a new bill validator and a new battery ,what can be wrong.T\

Can you post a pic? 50 means the door is open

The door is closed and have 5.0 not a 50 ,door lash is on also the switch is working my MPU 3356-201  have all jumper in place.A new bill validator ,coin don't go down slot and validator sound is normal but don't light up don't take any bills old or new .

Door open you will have 5.0. on the  display.  When the door is closed the 5.0. will change to two decimal points .  .   The 50 code will be gone if the white pushbutton under the bill  acceptor is depressed fully and functioning. Try this switch test, open the door and pull out the plunger on the switch while keeping the door open  and the  50 should be  gone. If the 50 does not go away then take wires off the switch and connect them together to be  sure the switch is not the issue. Need to  rule out the switch.
