Title: 3902 vs. 039 boards
Post by: smoothgrh on October 17, 2017, 07:30:07 AM
I've been buying 3902 boards for my Game King—is a 039 board the same? They look the same, but are they plug and play?
(I really should have asked before I bought one!)

They are one is the same.

I don't think any single board is plug and play. May need a clear chip.

Thanks Ken,

Yeah, I know I'd need to change the EEPROM RAM chip and maybe clear a CRC Bill Validator error. But otherwise it sounds as if I can get playing with minimal effort!

 :thank_you: :hail:
