Title: IGT 3902/044 TITO setup

Can an OP please sticky this.

Ok, here's the 3rd on the series of TITO setup options for the home user.  If you have a TITO board, these are the setting you need on your machine to have it print and accept TITO (Ez-Pay) tickets.

You will need to key chip your machine, no credits for the keychip to work right.  Once you boot into the keychip menu, select  Setup->Comm Options as shown in picture 1.
You will first setup the comm channel setup.  In that screen make sure that IGT SAS Primary is set to Channel 3 as shown in picture 2. Touch Save and then exit, you should be back to picture 1.  Select Validation Redemption and you should see picture 3.  Make sure that both Validation Setting and Redemption Setting is as shown on picture 3.  Touch save and exit.  You should be back to Picture 1.  Select IGT SAS  and you should be on picture 4 on that screen select SAS Channel Setup and you should get something like picture 5.  Touch the Zero in the Primary channel side and you will get a window where it asks to enter the machine address, enter 1 as shown on picture 6. Select done.  You should be back to Picture 5.  Select exit.  We are back to picture 4.

In picture 4, there's a setting called System Bonusing.  If your TITO board supports this feature (usually hit the service button to get credits), then you set this option to SAS LEGACY as shown on picture 7, touch save.  If your TITO system does not support this, or you don't want this, leave the setting alone.  We are back to picture 4, touch exit, and we are back to picture 1.  You are done with the SAS part.  IGT video machines default to have the ticket printer disabled, so you have to enable it by selecting Machine Options->Peripheral Devices Setup.  You will get picture8. Enable the printer as shown, and disable the hopper and coin-acceptor if you don't have them, or don't want them to be used.  Save your settings and you are done.

That's a great breakdown of how to set up TITO with that menu style. I just purchased a TITO and my game menus are red and black, they do not have the SAS validation and redemption options available, nor does it have a SAS legacy option. I did request credits to be flashed for the service button. If anyone knows how to complete my set up for this, it would be greatly appreciated?

(Rick thanks for the post).

Ace...from what you are describing you have a pre-SAS6.0 game setup.  The settings are similar but look just slightly different.  (See pics below....and if you have trouble you can always call me at 330-518-4904 (Jim)).

Can anyone help me personalize the ticket when it comes out on a GameKing 3902?

Instructions below may vary slightly (verbiage) depending on your game version but more or less...

Open door, press test button to enter menu.  Go to Setup then Machine Options then Peripheral Devices then next to Printer touch Site ID.  Touch the line you want to change, keyboard pops up, enter the information you want, then enter to confirm.
