Bad board or could a reseating boards help?  I am not at his location and have no time to get there soon, but I don't remember a bottom board, I recall there are three boards that slide in (Comm board, main board, and video board?).

Thanks

Well since there is no info anywhere on these things and the manual is useless, I thought I'd post my findings...

Took the drive to check this thing out, reseated all connections in machine, pulled boards and reseated all eeproms, Roms, etc....Went into settings, and found it thought that U29 and U30 were bad on main PCB.  Then ran an eeprom check.....After Eeprom check and reboot machine had a blank reel screen for approx three minutes on boot, thought I F'd it up further.... Then booted and no error....Slot played fine.   No clue what I did but I told them to leave it on asbwho knows if it will display an error again if shut down and powered up again.
