2 Stage vs 3 Stage Candle Tower Light
« on: January 04, 2015, 11:15:58 AM »
Hello, I got a S2000 that came with a 2 Stage Candle Tower Light. I see that in the options, I can change the candle from 2 to 3 stage. My question is what does a 3 stage Candle Light do additionally?

Currently the two stage only does "top light" for the service button and "bottom light" when ever the door is open. I wonder if with the 3 stage light, the third light would light up during a jackpot payout?

Well, I replaced my 2 stage candle light with a three stage. Now with the three stage candle light, when ever a jackpot is hit, the third candle light comes on. Now the game has a setting for up to a four stage candle light. I'm going to see what the fourth stage actually does.

O and by the way, the version chip on the machine is what determines if you will have access to set the machine from a one stage to a four stage candle light.

When set to 4 stage, the 4th stage light only turns on on printer tilts/errors. So i switched it back to 3 stage candle light.

I took the liberty of adding a small strobe light to the top of the cabin so when a jack pot is hit, the top red jackpot candle lights up as well as the strobe light.

Now the game is much more fun than before.
