S+ error 67
« on: January 25, 2017, 08:28:34 PM »
I have an S+ machine here, haven't used it in awhile, it did work before. turned it on and the battery was dead. I replaced the battery and now I have an error 67 that I cannot seem to clear. I've tried opening and closing the door as well as powering off and on and holding the test switch, which ends up getting me into the settings. Any other ideas?

Make sure the battery voltage is getting to the RAM chip.
With power off read the voltage across the capacitor just north of the RAM chip, which is just to the left of the program memory IC.
It should read a little over 3 VDC.
Let them that don't want any, have memories of not getting any.
