Describe what you call the BV bezel....I'm not sure we're talking apples to apples here. I know it's hard to remember all of these stupid names, but just to be sure, tell us what this thing looks like or does.

There is not a problem with an S+ that has not been solved on this site, so if you can help us in determining exactly what's happening, we can fix help you fix it!

Ok maybe face plate is a better word?
Here is a snap of what I was talking about. The bottom of it wasn't seated in the door, so I loosened it and made it flush with the door. A couple of screws on inside of door. Don't think this caused BV to go out, but right after is when I noticed it wasn't working at all.

Is the bezel (where it says "Insert Bills") not lighting up (is that what's "not working"), or is the bill validator not accepting bills?

Check to see if the bill system is actually powered up.  You should see the two red LEDs on the left side of the bill head between the two connectors (see photo). If no power, then could be the Bill System Power Supply (the black box mounted around the corner from the Bill Head (- see other photo).

If everything is hooked up (power supply to machine and power supply to bill bill head) and you have 120V AC coming from the machine to the Bill system power supply, then either the supply is bad or the bill head is bad.

Everything is hooked up, I am getting no power to head or bezel, that would lead me to think possibly the power supply could be bad.

Don't think I have seen a picture of your bill system but assume it is a DBV 145 or 200?  What will head do you have?
