Hello, i have a double red white and blue s2000 with a gen1 printer. I had problem when reloading paper, it was always saying paper out. I clean the printer the best i could. Now the printer status is ok. But my machine wont start and the cash out button is flashing. I tried to print a test ticket, not working. I have a deluxe tito on the machine, it doesnt seem to be locked and i cant add money either via my cell phone. I think its time to clear ram my machine, but there is credit in it. Any idea will be greatly appreciated. :EmoticonHelp4:

Credits don't matter when clearing, only keying. You say that the cash out is flashing. What happens before that? Anything on the VFD? Do the reels spin? Need more info...

I would try to open and close your door a few time.. If you have any stacked errors, this should clear them..

The VFD says PLAY 5 CREDIT. There is credit in the machine. And no code on the VFD, if i open and close the door, the reels spin like normal. The bill validator is not accepting ticket or Bills.

You might try double-checking your TITO programming where your printer and BV are both not working properly. Or clear ot and start from scratch

Maybe something as simple as unplugging your machine to reset the TITO board because they continue to have power even if you just turn the machine off.

Machine is back to work. Before it stopped the machine was ask to print a ticker, then the printer went stupid, after many tries it finally print that ticket that was lost in space, and then the machine start working. Its that or i was very lucky. Thank you for your help.
