This will cover basic settings after a clear chip is used
I will include multi-denom config with touchpad (if you do not have a multi-denomination setup only set one player denom
Many NLG Members have contributed to this information (to many to name)
We will cover Key Config menus first. If you are also configuring machine for TITO do the 7.2 Key config II menu before exiting the key menus
[7 KEY CONFIG MENU] These are my setting and will work for most users.
7.1 KEY CONFIG MENU
7.1.1 Denomination
7.1.1.1 Accounting denomination
Accounting : $0.01 (recommended setting)
7.1.1.2 Coin denomination Set this to what you like your coins or tokens to represent. This will not affect accounting or multi - denomination
Coin: $100.00 my machine
7.1.1.3 Player Denomination Only set this to one value if you do not have a touch pad or multi-denom (Change Credit Value) switch installed.
Player Denom 1 these are my settings you can set to whatever you want them to be.

7.1.1.4 Denomination Touch-panel This will not be available unless you have a 6-6-3 display and the touchpad installed
the buttons are top row 1 2 bottom row 3 4 on the touch pad
it shows the player denom 1 to x on the first line of display and the button # on second line of display
you need to adjust these to match your touch pad label mine is 50c, $1, $2, $5

7.1.2 Game Selection this is where you set the paypack percentages for each denomination available to the player
The player denom will show on the first line of display and the paytable (payback percentage) will show on the second line of display I set mine to the highest in the base chip
(about 98% for most base chips)

7.1.6 Machine Tyoe Set this correctly to prevent machine type mismatch error/tilt

7.2.5 Coinless Mode
Coinless Mode Disabled best option even if your machine is coinless otherwise limits are locked
7.2.7 7-Segment Display Type this much or machine will tilt/error or display will look funny.
7-Segment Display Type = 6-6-3 (or 5-5-2)

Hopper Limit( $ ) : 000000.00 leave it set to 0 for if no hopper or set to a low value unless you want to be filling the hopper when it runs empty on a cash out.
Credit Limit( $ ) : 100000.00
Jackpot Limit( $ ) : 010000.00
Bill Limit( $ ) : 100000.00
3.1.6 Handpay Display

3.1.7.1 Player Cashout Menu

Player cashout menu Enabled This can prevent accidental cashouts by requiring a player to press cashout 2 times to cashout.

3.2 Sound options - volume control and enhanced sounds settings. depending on Game and sound simm installed enhanced settings may be unavailable

Spin Repeat Bet Enabled can use the spin button to repeat last bet and starts the reels spinning disabled only spins reels
