what are the difference in 044 2a boot/key chips?

i see where there are different boot chips.what is the difference? does boot chip hold game info or is that stored in the flash?

There's no game program on the boot chip, it is all stored on the flash memory.  I've found over the course of time, that the boot chip hardly ever matters.  That being said, I use only boot chip 36 as it appears to be the latest one that is fairly common to get.  About 3/4 of the flashboards that I have come across with boot chips usually include that one.

ok.does key/reset order matter.gkb0036 bc has dsa error.can only get local/remote validation md5/dsa.

You know, it is useless the way it is, for a reasonable charge it can be repaired and if not repairable no charge to try
