Checked voltage on it and looks like it is not working properly.

Were those bad voltages measured with the transformer disconnected from the rest of the machine, or with everything connected like normal? Its possible something like a bad fluorescent light, ballasts, starters might be loading it down, it's pretty easy to disconnect the lighting to make sure.

ok, sounds good. 
don't see power transformers go bad often.

Just to double-check something,

Is your main power transformer jumpered/strapped as shown below,
with terminal A connected to D, and terminal C connected to G ?

It looks like the transformer has two windings on the primary side,
these jumpers are what puts 120vac onto both windings.

Any news or progress update on your E1275 machine? Below are photos of one from another NLG member. Very colorful machines from the past.

Im still working on it, i have found many problems coming from a leaked battery and one wire that was half cut, it was acting like a resistance. Now im trying to find out why all 7805 gets a +4.90v and more but +10v is running around 9.30v to 9.70v  even if all of them are brand new.

Here is some info about what i have checked since I'm working on this machine


- Battery has been changed
- Every single spot of solder are tested and added some solder to make sure everything is fine on ALL boards
- Found few half-cut wire due to "moving parts" like door
- Changed ground wire and make sure ground is present everywhere
- Ram 5101 has been changed
- Every single 7805 are brand new
- Credit and Stake are at 0, even the door is open or not
- Found one trace cut on MPU (does it by-pass missing hopper)?
- This machine has 2 "I/O" Boards
- U5 never lit on display


I have many picture of the display codes they changed with progress but no valid error code at all
This machine does not have a hopper, the reel plug is not present when you push the reel back to its position, is it normal?
