Hi, everything was working good, then I got a coin in error, would drop down to tray. So I opened door, turned it off, pulled hopper out , pushed back in, turned machine on, closed door, now I get hopper malfunction. How do I clear this off. Its a 2 coin triple cash, s2000. Thank you

Have you tried lifting the door latch up and then completely down a few times? With the door shut. That may clear your error.

Hi, yes I did that .I have it set up so the optics are by passed. Soon as I turn it on, it does its cycle, then goes to hopper malfunction extra coin paid. I've turned the key , pushed spin, then it goes back to hopper.................. any suggestions. .thank you

Hi, I was thinking maybe disconnect the battery, reconnect and then go through the ram mismatch thing.

How do you clear errors with the optics bypassed? Or is that the problem? Can you unhook the bypass so the bottom of the candle flashes (door open) and then reconnect it?

Hi, I can unhook it to see if the bottom flashes. The reason I by passed was cause door closer m wouldn' go away. . So you say I have to disconnect for errors to go away, then reconnect to get rid of door closer m. Thanks

Hi, I got it. I only unhooked one by pass wire for the optics instead off both. Soon as both were unhooked , bottom toper light went, hooked both back up, wheels spun, errors gone,all works good now...thank you..

Glad you got it going. In the future, if you have multiple errors, you may have to unhook and reattach the bypass a couple of times to clear all errors as Erbs mentioned earlier.
