I am converting a 17" I-Game slot from a 19 pin monitor to a 25 pin monitor. Where does the harness power plug go and how do I attached the wires to the door switch. Pictures are attached showing the plug and wires and also switches. Its better to be safe than sorry. Thanks for the help. Ted

Hi Ted,
Leave the 19 pin power wires as they are coming from the on/off power switch. The wires in your pictures do not attach to the door switch.
You need to tap into the positive and negative wires going back to the monitor. ... it should be running down and then under the distribution box .. cut and splice back there.
I think P5/J5 on the mother board.
Hope that helps. I can show you how easier than type it out.

OK With Kens help at Ohio gaming I finally figured out how to wire this up. I will post pictures on doing this hoping it will help someone else out. Thanks to Ken for helping. Ted

Here is the solution to converting to a 25 pin monitor plug.. Seperate and trace the monitor power wires coming from the 25 pin plug to the 8 pin power plug (See pic 1). Cut the leads on the 8 pin side and discard the rest of the 8 pin harness as it is not needed. (See pic 2). On the power distribution box cut the monitor power leads as shown (See Pic 3). Splice the power leads from the 25 pin harness to the cut leads coming from the distribution box. Remove old 19 pin harness and install 25 pin harness. Your are done!!
