Title: IGT I PLUS Canadian (Queen) Bezel

Does anyone know of a online shop that sells the IGT I Plus bezel with the Queen on it.  I can find the ones with George Washington but looking for one that would make it a Canadian machine.  I attached a photo of what I was looking for.
