Door optics

  :thank_you:Can some one please help me with by passing the door optics, some one on here gave me a wiring gram and I hooked it up like it showed but it don't work, It still says close the door, I put the green wire from the machine on one terminal and the red wire from the machine on the other terminal, and hooked the purple and green wire coming from the door together, and tried switching every thing and still does not work  Thank you all for your help

Here are a few different ones that might help. On an S2000 if the battery has leaked, it will show the Door Open M error, as the traces for that are under the battery.

To add to Shaggy's post .. if the acid did or is causing the door open issue then bypassing the door optics isn't going to work .. the bad trace on the board needs a jump around some how. I think someone posted a couple of months ago on how to jump around the trace on the board. Don't remember what they said.

I messed up and didn't look at the schematic correctly, I hope the wires to the door optics and then to the cherry switch, when I should hook them to the cherry switch and then down into the machine with the door optics plug-in, my fault got in a big hurry, thanks again for your help
