Sounds to me like there are two people who can positively identify the manufacturer:
1. Neonkiss, one of our highly respected members who actually owns an identical machine.
2. Trashman, the owner, who could read and/or photograph the name(s) printed on the glass,
on the "blue label" on the outside of the machine, and perhaps any other names, like on the PC boards.

C'mon, you two, put us out of our misery: who built this fascinating oddball?

I found an old thread by Neonkiss with pictures of his machine,
he says it was made by Games of Nevada. I think SolidSilver
was the first to say anything about Games of Nevada.

When I was reading about the Sundance West casino (the place that probably ordered this machine to be built for them) it said the Sundance West was in business from about 1975-1980. So that date tag fits with things.

If it isn't a lot of trouble can you post a picture from above of the lower right corner glass area, just behind the coin entry head, where it says "Games"? That way we can clearly see how the writing is done in the artwork. Thanks!

It almost looks as if that glass has slipped downward, there is a small gap at the top. Maybe the rest of the "Games of Nevada" writing is below the chrome piece?

What is behind the panel with the dollar coins in the escalating part in the top section? Curious to see how that is built in there.

Games of Nevada typically thought of their company name as Games, with the "of Nevada" part a sort of afterthought,
like INC or LLC.  Thus,  their logo (as it appeared on the glass) consisted only of the word Games,
in script, wherein the G almost looked lower-case; that's what you are seeing here.

They used a more block-lettered font when the full name was used, on things like manuals and manufacturer's labels.

Here are two examples:
one is the "logo" on the glass of a Keno machine; it's just like what you are seeing on this Sundance machine.
the other is a manual, with the full corporate name spelled out.

This should clear up some of the confusion.

It does make it more clear, thanks for the explanation & photos!

I'm still kinda amazed at how clean & new looking the 38 year old parts are inside the machine shown in OP first comment last photo, reshown here:

Sorry for the late reply back on this one.
I did find a video I took a while back. The first coin in is the large silver dollar in the top and the second coin in is the smaller SAB sized dollar coins.

I wonder If that black and white picture, from reply #18 was staged somewhat, or if someone just took it at the perfect time?
It's an amazing picture either way. The more I look at it the more it looks to be just the perfect picture, just the scene captured in a time that's long gone now, there on Fremont street. Thanks for posting rokgpsman!

Ah, yes, the fondly-remembered days of yore-but-no-more,
when it was reasonable to assume the majority of pedestrians
could read basic English, as evidenced by the "DON'T WALK" sign.
