Updating some Gen2 Universal Printers

Hi all,

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I tried elsewhere and as these have come from IGT's I thought I'd try here.
I am attempting to update some Gen2 Universal printers that have been fitted to IGT's in the past. I have already checked the serial numbers and we are on that score but all but one have old versions of firmware in them that I need to update to a newer version of IGT's firmware before I can update with ours. have successfully updated one of the printers that started out with GUN0010503 in it and that works fine now with our software. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get GUN0010503, it would be greatly appreciated. Although it would work with any newish version of firmware. Many thanks in advance,Richard.

Hi all, it turns out that to update the rest of the printers I need IGT's version of the update utility. I have been told that it was available on a disc obtained through Suzo Happ but it doesn't seem that they sell the kit anymore. Is there anyone on here who would be willing to send me it? I only have 8 of these things to update because I am trying to use them in some second hand machines.
