sorry if this post is in the wrong place I came up with the great idea of since it was so easy to get my 2 bally slot machines up and running I would buy a merit megatouch force evo 2007 touch screen game to add to the game room. and wow totally different then slots. I cant find any forums on the internet so I thought maybe I can find a master on here to help me out. when I turn on the game fans turn on bill validator clicks etc... but that's it all I get is a "no signal" that blinks on the screen about every 5 seconds. I don't get any of the bios or boot up stuff like all computers do I also noticed I don't hear any noises from either the hard drive or the cpu not sure if that's normal or not. any help would be greatly appreciated or if anyone knows of a forum that specializes on these machines that would be great also. just hoping to get going before xmas if possible for the family

I worked on a megatouch years ago to help out a friend.  They are basically AIO PC's.  You need to see what works and what doesn't work.  In my case my friend's machine had a bad power supply.  What I did was tested each major component on a pc platform.  I removed the mainboard and hooked it up to an ATX power supply to see if it booted up.  Connected to a standard vga monitor.  I tested the machine's monitor with a laptop to see if the monitor would get a screen.  In the end the power supply had some bad caps and I replaced them and the machine fired up.  You may want to see which component is failing and go from there.

hello I would try replacing the battery and also the memory stick there only a few dollars off ebay just remember it also takes a few minutes to get it started to. Now once you get it going make sure the touch screen is also working if it start  operating by its self  and your not even touching the screen do this get some 2 sided tape and lift the touch screen off of the crt screen it may not look like its touching but it might be also be careful when cleaning it use something that doesn't use bleach or something harsh also once you get it off of the crt high enough use gaffers tape or something like that around the edge to help keep the screen clean there is a lot to know when working on a mega touch if you need help just let me know and I will be happy to help

Any of the lcd megas are very prone to power sups, and processors ....fans go and they cook themselves, there’s not a lot of breathing room in there ...... check your Psu first .... if that’s good it’s prob a cooked cpu... validator will always cycle that’s off the 110 line. .... if you’re getting no signal on the screen you’re at least getting 12v out of the Psu to light up the mon so most likely Psu is ok ..... pull the ram clean it and reinsert it see if it boots it not it’s the cpu ... if you’re not getting a post beep that’s not a good sign
they’re a bitch to work on it’s tight in there ... I still operate them and I replace all fans and Psu every year needed or not
and make sure to use thermal grease on the cpu... before buying a cpu pop it out and back in see if it fires up
Not much to them, you’ll get it going
