To be clear, the clear and the odds chip are two different things. The clear is an eprom either denom specific or universal use and goes in XU3 slot.  The percentage chip is the VPCT-Key-100, and it's a custom made ic of some sort that goes into the 8 pin dip socket on the mpu board.
