WOW it i done and I won, I have both DBV-200's working now, it seams not knowing the condition of the BV's and buying two good heads, one turned out bad for some reason, so this lead to a change of events and swamping this for that and that for this and it just got out of hand. OK, so there fixed now and everything is fine and happy.
One last thing, one bill accepter doesn't go to credits, it goes to a cash payout even if there is a couple game credits on the credit meter of the machine, all bills to the BV still goes to cash.
So I have a SP-831, can you tell me how to get the BV to go to credits always in a way I could figure out how to set this?
Thanks Much!

Bally Reel Games / Bally E-1209 Reel Reader Issues
« Last post by packerfan444 on Yesterday at 08:53:14 PM »
Greetings All,

I'm having a real issue with my 1209 reels. It started out as a free spinning tilt, oiled it up and that went away. But lately it seems like the reels lock up too quick after the handle is pulled,( they don't spin very long) and now the machine doesn't pay when the reels indicate a winner, (a cherry, 3 plums, etc.

I ran the reel reader test and get good indications occasionally, but now it's all outta wack. The manual says that during the reel test you can spin the reels individually by hand? I can only index the left side reel. the other 2 won't budge during the test.

Total Newbie to slot repair. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :thank_you:

MEI Mars Bill Validators / Need Help with Mei on Williams BB1
« Last post by NeoNeo2 on Yesterday at 08:12:36 PM »
I got this MEI scxl6627R (RS232) in a BB1 WMS slot machine, but it doesn't recognized it.  The MEI does power on during startup and connections seems correct, but no communication link. The green light blinks, not sure if that means it's not ready. Can anyone help?

There's no base chip on these.  Only the boot chip.  What was the base in older igames, is now part of the flash.  The only think that you can use on 044 boards is a key chip to clear and key and the boot chip to run the game normally.  Did you look under the flash board to see if you have a varta battery there?  If it is fully discharged, or bad, the game will never boot.  If you don't and still have nothing on the screen, I would suspect there might be something wrong with the monitor?
