S-2000 Multi-Denom setup
« on: January 19, 2017, 01:03:18 PM »
I read the posts on the old forum, I think I'm looking for a touchsensor pad & small wiring jumper harness.  I've got the led box, made a divider & denom insert. It has the wiring & switch, but no button for multi-denom. It is programmed for 4 denom, but the switch won't change the denom. I found the old posts & now determined I just need the 2 parts. Who should I contact about getting them ?  Thanks,  Roger

Roger,  the switch should be mounted in the hole that is covered up to the right of the bet max button.  the wiring should be there as well.  that is one way to accomplish the multi-denom feature. the other way is the touch pad, the touch pad is usually  attached   to the  multi denom card, it has a small cable that plugs into the LED board, and the LED board is then plugged into the 6-6-3 display.

either obtain a button, usually have a blue insert that states multi-denom  for button feature, or touch pad and cable for touch feature.   I have both of those available.

I installed button, attached the switch, led, wiring assembly, mounted in the hole to the right of bet max button.  With the 6-6-3 display can you use the button or do I need the touch pad w/small jumper harness ?
I went back through the setup, could not find any wrong settings. If you can't use the button with the 6-6-3 display, I'll need to find a touch pad & jumper harness.

Looking for help on 5 reel Double 3x4x5x Times Pay 40-line pay. Has a SB001000, RB000003 & R0000298. I know it is a R board, w/enhanced mother board. I'm trying to set up the Multi-Denom, a PSR for R0000298 would help so I will know if this is possible.  Thanks, Roger

Well I got the touch pad & jumper wiring harness, that was all I needed. The 6-6-3 display will only work with the touch pad. It wont work with multi-denom switch. I guess the switch will only work with the 5-5-2 display. Thanks for all the help.
