JackpotBally
« on: March 16, 2017, 07:31:10 AM »
Good morning,

I recently purchased an old Bally 891.1, triple line, triple 7, 3 coin $.05 machine. As luck would have it, my grandson hit the super jackpot. As a result of that, the bell rings constantly until unplugged. It states, on the glass, "Super Jackpot Paid By Attendant"
My question is, how does the Attendant, now me, reset the machine back to playing status?
The keys on each side of the machine appear to only lock the top glass in place. No wires attached, just an arm which moves forward, when the key is turned, to secure the glass....

Any ideas would be much appreciated!!!!

Thanks,

-Ed

To start with those pictures are not from an 891
there should be a reset walk just up from and back a little bit of the ID tag
give me a good picture of the whole right side of the machine and if one of the moderators would like they could transform this to the em. page

Thanks Jon,,,,

I'm sorry about the description of the machine. It plainly indicates it's an 889.1. I have no idea where the 891 came from. I have attached pictures of the right side as well as the open door.
Again, the key slots on each side of the machine appear to only lock the top glass in place. No wires attached, just an arm which moves forward, when the key is turned, to secure the glass....
I hope this helps....
If I have posted this on the wrong board, please direct me to the proper place....

Thanks again Jon, much appreciated!!!!
