S+ UPRIGHT LED BULB LIST?
« on: January 07, 2017, 09:04:51 PM »
Hey guys, I've seen a variety of posts about different led bulbs for various types of machines, but no definitive list or source to get everything needed for the complete overhaul of all the lights.  If anyone has done this switch I would like to know what bulb #'s I would need, a good source to get them, and if  there are any issues with switching them over  (i.e. dimming, too bright, etc...).  Thanks in advance!

Ok cool, I have a few questions tho:

1.  Could I just keep my current buttons and swap in leds?  If so, what is the correct bulb #?

2.  As for the display bulbs ( I think the incandescents are #86?) what is the equivalent led bulb # for those?

3.  As for the tube lights, is there a specific type I should look for and do I need a different bulb starter for those?

4.  Lastly, if I replace all these, will there be any issues with dimming, electric load, etc. (similar to when you swap leds into your truck and need a pull down resistor and a flasher to make them work)?

Suzo Happ might have kits but you can go to AliExpress and Ebay and look for the right numbered bulbs for significantly less without the mystery shipping costs.
If your looking for a 555 or 86 bulb you can type in 555 LED and it will find you the equivalent.

You won't need any draw down resistors or such - the bulbs will work just fine.

Just search for 86 bulb LED replacement.
Let them that don't want any, have memories of not getting any.

Just to update, I've bought some blue, green, and white T1.75 and T3.25 LEDs from bulbtown.com and button kits from spininc.com.  I'll post some pics once they are delivered and installed.  Looking for some blue and green T8 tube LEDs now if anyone knows where to find those????
