Which battery did you replace?  The CR2032 or the lir2430?

I havn't had to RAM clear any of those for a while, if I recall there are 3 total batteries.  But before getting into all of that, have you tried turning the reset key and pushing the unlock system button?

If that doesn't work, exit the game and check the settings in the launcher.  Did you have to put in the password when you reset everything?

Did the reset key and tried to unlock it. Already tried going into launcher but that's where I don't know  what settings to choose.

Are these standalone or Tournevent?  I'm off during the weekend so can't really head to a machine and refresh my memory on what setup needs to be done.  Can you just use the machine next to it and compare the options?

They are all stand alone. I did don't see anything different. We have 3 at shop the rest are on floor. All are set to handpay no sas system involved. It would be great if we can get them going. They are great games.

The only other possibility might be setting something in the BIOS using a usb keyboard.  i'll have to ask my multimedia guy next week. In the mean time you could always double check everything in there as well.

can you be able to program them for us if I send them to you? that would probably be the easiest solution.

You want to ship me the entire slot machine?  Umm, no, not possible.  State Police would have a field day.

no, I would just ship you the boards. you don't need the whole machine to ram clear the boards for this games. you would need to install the boards on an existing machine set them up make sure they work fine and send them back. let me know what your fees are ill cover them and you ship boards back.

unless you have someone that can assist me over the phone on how to go about the settings that would work as well.
