newbie with two machines , lots of software and ?'s
« on: June 19, 2017, 03:10:16 PM »
hello i recently purchased a pair of wms video touch slots. these are my first slots and go great in the man cave. one is a wms 550 cabinet with invaders from the planet moolah $.5. it plays great and i have figured out how to clear it and reload the os and game. the second machine is said to be a bb1 converted to a bb2. it has top and bottom monitors and an oled button panel. it plays jackpot block party. it plays great also.  i have not had had to clear this one yet (not sure if the clear card that cleared the 550 will work?)  i also received about 15 games on compact flash and a handful of OS compact flashes as well. i recently tried to load jungle wild on to the machine playing invaders from the planet moolah. it came up that the os was not compatible . invaders seems to be running os 1811 and my card with jungle wild on it says os 1811 but there seemed to still be some incompatibility. (i will take a screen shot later of the error along with pictures of the machines.) so now to my ultimate question: How can i read what is on the cards i have? i purchased a CF card reader and my windows computer cannot read anything on these cards. Do i need a special reading program? linux? also it appears i have more game discs than software discs. is there anywhere to download or purchase os softwares?   can someone advise me on which games below go to which machine i own ? or will they work on both?
i want to trying load the other games but like one other member says. if it aint broke.....
Would trying to load these games be easy or is that dangerous territory?
current list of titles i have.

BB1 Machine Lucky Meercat, Pay Dirt
BB2 I love Lucy    If you go on to e-bay and type in wms bb1 software and then with bb2 you'll see some of these games listed. Hope this help.

If you are running a BB2/NXT-2 CPU with the OLED button panel you can only play games that are using the H9.25 or higher and H13.35 or higher OS.
