You machine appears to be an S2000, but some S+ games will run in the S2000. Look on your mpu board and see what it says on the 2 socketed eprom chips. Or take a photo of those chips and post it for us to see. I think there is also a way to press the white TEST button inside the machine and step thru the menu steps until you get to the one that displays your game chip numbers.  Either of these methods is a good way to know what game software you have installed.

Since it looks like someone has changed some parts on the machine it might be good to check the part numbers on the reel strips to see exactly which strips you have in the machine. The part number for each strip is printed at the bottom end of the strip.

Here is the S+ game info page for the 5 coin Haywire with single payline, in case this is what you have:

The is exactly what I have so now I know the correct name of the game. Since its the Belly Glass the number of coins won't mater. I need the belly glass only.

Is the belly glass on the S2000 a different size than on an S+ machine? Just trying to avoid you buying a Haywire belly glass that doesn't fit.

You can measure the belly glass that is in the machine now and make sure any Haywire belly glass you buy is the same size.

This may not be the exact one you need but it's closer than what's in your machine now:

The belly glass is the same size is the S+, and S2000. Hard piece of glass to find. I got luck finding a replacement for my Haywire a couple months back. Mine was flaking the paint off. I found mine on Ebay. It had been converted to wall art, mounted in a frame! I'm just going to clear coat the back of the bad glass, then swap it out with my good one.
Please remember to make a donation to NLG for mine/our help in repairing your machines problem.. Your donations help keep this site on line.
And remember...
If it's jammed, force it.. If it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyways...
