Bingo! Mark was correct.

Directly connecting DVI to top monitor and leaving DP to curve solved the problem.

Thanks so much guys! Appreciate the help.

Marc keep us posted. Mark is correct. Its weird that Code Red is the only one giving you problems. It was the first game to be released on the curve so maybe its more picky on how you need to connect the monitor.

My card (from left to right)

[DP] [DP] [DVI]

DVI runs to the top monitor
Middle DP is connected to adapter to connect to Curve Monitor with adapter.

I'm sure you know this, but you also have to swap touch screen cables when swapping from 22/22 to curve.

If this still is an issue, try factory restoring. Reload OS, game, etc. Sometimes other games leave files on the HDD that conflict with other games. Usually its a red box error but you never know. Just a good trouble shooting  tip.

Tried hooking the Curve monitor directly into the DVI port on the A2 cpu, but this causes ONLY the Curve monitor to display, the top monitor times out.
Can't do that - DVI has to be primary TOP screen.  Run top to DVI, curve to DP.  Curve screen is not primary, Top screen is primary on a curve machine, bottom screen is primary on all other setups. The reason top is primary on curve is because you can't program machine on the curve monitor.

Gotcha, I'll give it a shot.
