Bally 6000 88 2 code Error Solved Now Front Flashing. SOLVED Works GREAT!

Got the 88 2 to go away now when I do a full ram clear and put the mains in the front lights just blink off and on with no error codes could the mains be bad? Its a Scatter Blazing 7 machine...Thanks[blink]Hello searched through the forms still haven't found the answer. I'm getting a code 88 2 error (Catastrophic Failure) even after several  complete clears. New battery installed too. It's driving me insane any other suggestions?[/blink]

Does anyone have any ideal why after I do a full clear and I replace the mains all the front lights just blink off and on? No error codes come up. Just blinks off and on.

First thing I would look at is whether the chips are in the sockets the right direction and no legs are bent up or crunched thus not making contact with the socket

I cleared again and changed the mains now it works but the money acceptor WBA 13 will only read a 20 dollar bill as 4 credits and will not accept a dollar. How do you change this to make a dollar read 100 credits or a 20 read 2000 credits. I went through to 11d to 27 process to my original settings. I think I may have acidently changed the dip swith setting any help would be so appreciated.

Just make sure your dip switch settings are right (DS2) before you clear it. Google a Bally 6000 manual it will tell you how to set it for the domination. If not I have one.
