I have a Bally E2333-2 that flashes between 4 with a backwards c and a 1. Any ideas on what I should look for. There is also a reset and test button on the left bottom side. The test button does nothing. When powered up for the first time it will accept money and spin the reels and then error code pops up.

Have you ever seen it work or did you buy it in this condition.
Check your battery voltage, it should be around 3.0 to 3.6VDC.

Actually got it up and running this morning. All the reel solenoids were frozen. Just old grease. Seems to work fine now
