hi anyone know the eprom type for mk5??

 i know the mk6 is M27V322

Mk 6 = M27V322

system eproms =27C160

MK5 eproms use 27C4096

My NZ machine uses (ST 27C4002 10F1 (100nS)) which I suspect is a 27C4096 by another manufacturer
 
I also suspect that the Mk6 system chips are 27V160 a lower voltage chip version
