Title: MK6 won’t print cash out ticket

My MK6 has a futurelogic psa/66 printer installed. It test fine in the diagnostics and will print a test ticket. However when I press the cash out button it goes to hand pay and will not print the ticket. Does anyone know what the dip switch’s should be at to? Or am I doing something wrong?

Was the machine operating properly, printing tickets, before this happened or did the machine come to you this way?  Have you checked the settings in the Jurisdictional Machine Settings to see if the Max credit limit and Tax Limit were properly set?  Also on that screen to see under Printer/Hopper settings that Hopper and/or thermal printer is selected, and under Split Pay Type split pay is disabled?

It was never setup for Tito when I got it. The printer will print a void ticket via the diagnostics but fails when attempting to cash out. I think it might be the firmware but not sure what the firmware should be for a MK6.

I did set all the parameters to correspond with the Tito settings.

Fo you have a working SPC2.0 or SPC2.5 board?  Whose TITO are you using?

If you aren't hooked up to a TITO system and you just want it to print vouchers set the jurisdiction to south dakota in the set chip menu and the validation to system i belive. The vouchers it prints wont go back into the machine, but you can setup your Site ID to make them say whatever you want at the top
