I am working on the nail adjustment, its easy peasy with the right tools. I mark the glass with the ones that I need to adjust.

I added the steel balls on the playfield, I adjusted the brass nails (still more work is needed). The ball dump to the recycler needed some work.
The angle and height of the lower ball tray is perfect, no more problems with balls bouncing around. The covers for the holes in the floor prevent the balls from dropping down into the lower cabinet. They have a way of rolling around. 😆
I'm using the Molex plugs for the wiring for the motor, and the other parts that need to be serviced without having to fight the wiring.

Installed on some decals, the on off switch plate it's really a nice looking plate. The old decals were really piss poor, I also added a couple more decals for clarity to what the lights are about.

I worked on a on off switch for the ball motor. This was the third one......

What I accomplished is that the balls, push a finger down, and activate the micro switch. Using weights on the device I can balance the ball to the finger. Sounds like Frankenstein but it works well

I Finally found a solution to the ball problem. The basic idea is the counterbalance, the balls traveling down the tube hit the finger and the micro switch engages. Once all of the balls are down the tube the counterweight brings it up. The best part is that I am able to adjust the counterbalance anytime.

I installed a door switch, the reason is that I forget the ball lifter may be running, and that's not good.
I labeled the switches in the cabinet.

I received the internal parts I ordered in the mail,  I then swapped everything out. I cleaned the plastic looking for anything that could be a issue. I then put everything together and BOOM no more problems. Finally, I had success at last.

Well, the power outlet is officially installed, I insulated the hole sealing everything up, the delay is my right knee, but the job is done. I had one of my fur babies inspecting the work, guess it passed.
