IGT Game King Closure M..

Hi All,

Turned on my Game King this morning and got the message on the bottom right that States "CLOSURE M", none of the buttons work except for the change light button. Anyone have any ideas what the issue is or how to fix it? Thank you to anyone who can help me with this.

Try opening and closing the door. Door Closure M is a normal and good thing to see.

It just means the door was open but is now closed.  Push max bet and then pick your numbers for all 4 cards.

The message "Awarding Bonus" what is that linked to. I've never seen that, seems like the machine is asking for verification or polling something and thus waiting on a response?

I think Rick is right with the awarding bonus message.  The "closure M" is an informational message, not a a error message.  What's the story with the $80.00 bonus and what triggered it?

can you press the card a, b, c or d on the touch screen an it change to it?  what about the help button?  These multi card keno games can be in the middle of a game sometimes, waiting for action on the other cards. I know some people who have been stuck like this, but the game wasn't complete.  Although the bonus message could be due to a set up issue. I'm sure you have turned the attendant key...

We moved house a little while back and I can't find the key, if I take the connectors off and touch them together will that do the same thing? Thanks.

Have never seen a bonus on four card keno game.  Very strange.  I agree with Wayne it is easy to get stuck in this game because it will not let you back out until you have picked your numbers for all 4 cards.

The door needs to be closed, or the door switch pressed(or pulled out for some cherry switches) to simulate closure when the audit switch is turned, or the wires are jumped.

Thank you for everyone's help here, much appreciated. When I get home tonight I will jump those wires to simulate turning the key, hopefully that will fix the problem. I ordered a couple more keys on eBay, as I have no idea where mine are or when, if ever I will find them.
