getting bill validator working ons+

Ok i have 3 s+ games that i am trying to get the validators working. two of them are the 200, the other is wba. i have tried using the 15 chip in them all, but nothing comes up in the display. just a "0" in coins played. i even tried to clear them and the normal 9999 doesn't come upin display. the first is a triple diamond ss chip 4787 sp chip 731 it has 200 bill validator. the next one is a double diamond ss 6324 sp 1271 has wba. the last one is double "7's" it has ss 5747 sp1271 with 200 bill validator. they all cycle but the light on door never comes on. have red lights on the 200. any help would be grand. bud

0 in coins played is what is supposed to happen.  Press the test button to get to 9_1 to enable and set 25 denom.

ok i got one of the triple diamonds 200 working. the other 200 when i set bill validator on "9.1" then set the denomination it acts like to it is set. but no light on door after replacing set chip with sp chip. then when i go back and check the settings the "901" is right but denom is no longer set. this is happening on both the double diamonds and lucky "7's" the common thing between them is they both have the 1271 sp chip.the wba has these numbers on it not sure which is the updated pictures below

"No light on door" could also be a burned out bezel lamp?
Make sure the bulbs are okay.
Did you try a dollar bill to see if it will accept it...lights or not?

yep tried putting money in and they just don't take it. if the denomination isn't staying set it wouldn't come on right. is there a chip that might be bad? thank you for the replies. it is greatly appreciated.

Both labels on the wba12 say 024.  S+ needs to be 022-23.
