I have two issues/problems:
Few problems I need some help on:
1. winner paid light only comes on ever once in awhile, on most payouts it doesn't. SOLVED!!!!
2. the light in the top left corner of the top box blinks on off, the light below it is on.
3. The large bulbs on door burn out after a few hours. I'm using #63, is this the correct bulb?

Hi RJ, I am by no means an expert here. So....
Work on one problem at a time.
The winner paid lite should not be to hard, (hopefully). There are only two switches between 6 vac blue wire and 30 common, yellow wire.
For starters, I would use Old Reno's notes on using jumpers to test lites. Just to make sure the socket or bulb are not the problem. Sometimes its the simplest things. But we (meaning I) look for the harder solutions. Using jumpers to test lite, it should be on and bright.
Anyways, the two switches for the winner paid lite are the Reset Pawl switch and one of the Payout Relay switches (both on hopper). If your insert coin and coin accepted lites are working fine, then its probably the Reset Pawl switch. The switch has 48 wire on one side, green w/black trace. The other side of switch has a 91 wire, gray with red trace. Switch is normally open. Clean that switch. Also I would put one lead of continuity meter to the 48 solder on leaf switch and locate the beau plug male pin on hopper. Gently clean that beau plug.

The problem with the #63 bulbs burning out after a few hours seems to be the voltage. I took a reading accross the 2 terminals and it's a steady 7.7 volts ac. The #63 are 7 volt bulbs. I read another post that said there should only be 6.5 volts. Any idea why this is high?

Bob, most of the bulbs in those machines were either #44 or #47 bulbs. 6.3 vac .15 amp. the big transformer only puts out two voltages, 50vac for the coils, and 6.3vac for general illumination bulbs and other things, (bell) maybe the primary transformer is wired in a different configuration ???
do all the bulbs burn out???

Test voltage on couple lights that dont burn out. They all feed from 20 Blue wire. So it should be the same.
Just curious.

These are the only 4 that burn out. There are 2 in each side. The other 63 bulbs (for insert coin, coin accepted are not burning out). The bulbs that burn out have a yellow and blue wires.

I looked at specs on #63 bulbs, 7.0 volts, .63 amps. I am not sure if .7 v over will kill lite in 4 hrs.
I would buy some bulbs from different place those were purchased. Or order a couple LED's.

Can you get us any pictures of bulbs and wiring?

What's your line voltage coming in? It's proportional to your output. What does your 50V read?

What I did to kind of make a fix was install some 13v bulbs, they are not as bright but are bright enough. the guy was happy as hell because he had replaced them many times before. He has the machine now, so I won't be able to take any wiring pics.
Old Reno asked what me input voltage was, 110V.
