What is the correct procedure for performing a ram clear and set up after the ram clear? Is it similar to a Bally 6000?
Thanks

Similar but not exactly the same. read here. http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=6538.0 (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=6538.0)
You may not need the clear chips. I have found that 99.9% you can just use the jumper on the safe RAM clear pins. I will look up the pin location. WJ10 is the jumper to perform the clear.

Thanks, that will get me started. After that, how do I set up the machine as far as jackpot levels, etc? I know on a Bally 6000, you use the buttons on the deck to advance through the settings, I have a list and the settings options for a 6000 that I would step through, is there a similar list for the 5500? Thanks for your help

Yes the S5500 isvery similar to the 6000 settings. I'm away from from my computer now . When you go into 11d menu you will see there is less settings than the 6000 but are very similar.

Thanks. I can't find my sheet of settings to get to that menu, can you post a copy of it for me please? Also can you tell me how to get it to 11d? I think I remember it's by pressing one of the buttons on the main board a number of times before you come 11d.
Thanks

I don't know how to paste a page from a PDF. Here is the link for the manual. Page 2-13 has the options listed. http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?action=downloads;cat=101 (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?action=downloads;cat=101)
