Title: Mav 500 ticket printer

I've got an Aristocrat mav 500 that i need help figuring out setting up the ticket printer. Every time I push cash out I get "authenticating ticket printer please wait." Then it says hand pay and I have to turn the key and it clears. If I go into diagnostics I can print a test ticket. So I know the printer does work. I just don't know how to set it up to print cashout tickets. Can someone guide me through this? Thank you!!
